I was just talking to my great grandmother on the phone (she's nearly 90) and she was telling me stories about when she was young. One of them was pretty interesting. When she was a teenager she was working for a doctor at his house near the Geelong Hospital. She was boarding there while she worked cause she was from the country. Anyway, one night she was coming home from the movies with her boyfriend and they ran into a guy on his pushbike, and they went flying and she had to go to hospital. Anyway, after that her grandmother wanted her to move up to the country and work for her, but she didn't want to go, and her boyfriend didn't want her to go, so he proposed and she said yes, and they were married nearly 50 years until he dies. So maybe I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for that crash! Hmmmmmm.
I downloaded some rad monkey island songs played with real instruments (as in, not midi). They're rad. I played one to my sister and she was just like "what is this?" She didn't remember the music! then again, she turns the music off when she plays it.She has all her crappy pink music clogging up my itunes damn her!
I just got an email from a Melbourne DC fan! Yay! They actually do exist. I thought they were a myth made up to depress me seeing I never meet any. Then again someone else must be buying those teeshirts and rare cds from Missing Link besides me. Actually, I never bought any teeshirts from missing link cause they're always boys sizes :[ I want the tour to be officially announced so I can buy the tickets already!
