I got a lot of new cds this week:

Dashboard confessional - The Swiss Army Romance (GI!)
Bad Religion - Tested
Transplants - self titled
Frenzal Rhomb - Sans Souci
59 times the pain - calling the public.

I also listened to a lot of AFI, but over all it was a very "war on errorism" week. I love that cd. It's definately one of their best. I wonder when they'll come out to australia again? Looking back, I think they come out every 3 years or so. Whereas UL come out every three weeks or so :P Blink come out here a lot, too. But not lately. Maybe they're dying out? I wonder how long until they break up? It seems like everyone in the band is preoccupied these days.

I think the "new rock" thing is a bit stupid because why would people want to try so hard to make their music sound like it's from 20 years ago? Music should be going forwards, not backwards. I think people get mixed up with the difference between emulation and inspiration. People will get over it eventually. But I guess anything's still better than RnB (except white boy RnB. I hate Justin Timberlake soo soooo much).

I watched bi-centenial man tonight. I know a lot of people think it's a crappy movie, but I like it. I cried a lot though, which I don't remember doing as much when I saw it at the movies. I saw a lot of simularities with AI. But also Between Andrew and Dobby (because I'm weird).

Oooh, ooh, that reminds me, it's less than a month till OoTP. i'm still contemplating wagging work to stay home and read..

I really need to make my own template foir this blog, but I don't know if I could do it in dreamweaver or not. I'll hatve to check it out, and DL a list of all the blogger codes. It would be cool if I could DL a dreamweaver updater that had them already built in. I read in a magazine that eventually everyone will have a blog. That would be crazy.
